He has a vast & comprehensive experience of 4 decades in Human Resource with exposure & excellent track record of handling critical assignments in the field of training and development, designing and implementing appraisal systems, organizational studies and restructuring, job evaluation, designing, compensation plans, manpower rationalization, redeployment, personnel audit, industrial relations strategies, and employee welfare & counseling.

He has worked with various corporate houses including Metal Box of India, Escorts Ltd. Larsen & Toubro, and Modistone Tyre (Ex Firestone) at the Senior Management positions. In the last assignment, he was Director HR.

As far as the academic qualifications are concerned, he has done Masters in Political Science-Kirorimal College, Master in Social Work – Delhi School of Social Work, L.L.B. – Faculty of Law, and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management-Delhi School of Economics.

He is a People person and highly passionate about interacting with people of all levels including Gen Z. His other characteristics include being a voracious reader and fond of music. He started his own venture Top Rankers Management Consultants in 1996 a Consultancy House from a small beginning, he has raised the stature of the organization and made it brand which is well recognized in the Corporate world.

He has further established himself as a person of multifarious virtuous and has also been known to be organizing prestigious National Management Summits for the last 2 decades.

His love for music has no bounds and has good visibility in the cultural circles. He founded Sangam Kala Group which is now a pioneer cultural group and well known in the country and abroad. The Group is organizing “Surtarang National Singing Talent Hunt’ and he is proud of having brought to the forefront singers like Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal to name only a few. It has been his passion which he took seriously and has been consistently involved for over 4 decades. He has promoted a large number of singing talents over 1 million.

He is very creative, innovative and has conceived some new concepts also. One of them is the “Top Rankers Brilliance Awards” which give an opportunity to bright & intelligent students of B-Schools.

He had been conferred the “WBO Life Time Achievements Award of Creative Management by INDO-UK INTELLECTUALS FORUM, in the British Parliament (The House of Commons).
